Cancellation Policy & Refund
 

Key Corners takes pride in the process of providing transparent and trustful construction and renovation services. Lots of effort is being put by Key Corners team in understanding the customer’s requirement and/or providing designs and floor plans free of cost. Though it depends upon project and customer, whether design is required before the booking amount is received by Key Corners. As our team work on the customer’s requirement and also client may get access to designs for their home — which require lot of time and hard work from our team — we are unable to offer a full refund after booking.

• In the unlikely event that customer decides to cancel the project after paying the booking amount which is 1% of project value, Key Corners offers a refund of 40% of the booking amount.

• Refund amount will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer.

• If any design is sent to the customer or if any work is initiated by the professional at the customer’s site, Key Corners will be unable to provide any refund

• In the event of any difference of opinion between the Client & the Constructor at any stage of work is to be sorted out by mutual understanding. Either of the parties will have the right to terminate this contract if and only if, in the case of breach within the contract.
   

Terms & Conditions
 

• These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of or access to http://www.keycorners.com (“Website”), the “Key Corners” mobile application (“App”), and the Services (defined below). The Website is collectively referred to as the “Platform”.

• Terms and conditions are intended to inform the user about the specific rights, limitations, conditions and privileges of a product or service offered. These are specified in the terms and conditions agreement as well as in the underlying operating agreement, which is usually a separate document. The user guidelines describe the manner in which the company will deal with complaints or problems, and these can also include detailed information on how to make use of the services and the procedures to follow. In some cases, these guidelines are incorporated into the operating agreement itself. However, most such clauses can be considered independent of the operating agreement and have to be agreed upon separately

• The Terms conditions a relates and enforceable legal arrangement involving Key Corners and customers of the Services, for example Person’s use of all properties, Services, products, whether available over the net or otherwise, that are owned or operated by Key Corners and all goods and Services available from Key Corners Interiors

• A User or any customer of the Services represents and warrants You have full legal capacity and ability to agree and adapting yourself to such Terms, are eighteen years old or older, and are an Indian resident. If You represent an entity, company, or any legal person, You confirm and represent that You have the necessary power and authority to bind such entity, organisation, or legal person to such Terms.

• The Conditions also include our privacy policy, available at https://www.keycorners.com along with some other recommendations, additional provisions, policies, or disclaimers offered or issued by us from time to time. These statements may be updated by us, without notice to you and the statements, as amended, shall apply for your requirements personally from time to time. You can always review the most current version of the statements on the Platform

• Using our services, You agree that You have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms, and you comply with the requirements listed herein. If You do not accept each of these Terms or comply with the requirements , please don’t get into the Platform or utilize the Services.
   

Constructions, Interiors & Renovation services
 

• Key Corners will work as a project first-class for the Project and provide services throughout the architect, contractors, etc. A project partner selected by Key Corners will likely be responsible for supply of construction, Interior design & Renovation products and services.

• Job is subject to approval by the relevant governmental authorities. You are responsible to get all necessary government permits, licenses and approvals. Key Corners may help You in obtaining these blessings

• GST and some other taxes as applicable as Government policies, will send price quotation for all services

• Key Corners will publish clients partners on Key Corners website & Social Media websites

Customer’s Responsibilities
 

• It is the customer duty to provide accurate and complete relevant data, as may become necessary for correct process of the work. We are normally accountable for the correct layout and execution of the work.

• We may record your every calls to our call centre.

• The items not included in the above estimate will be charged accordingly as per actual.

• Key Corners collect user data including name, contact information and other details to facilitate the Services or use of construction services, Interior design & renovation work

Dispute Resolution
 

• In the event of any difference of opinion between the Client & the Constructor at any stage of work is to be sorted out by mutual understanding. Either of the parties will have the right to terminate this contract iff in case of breach within the contract.

• Any controversies, conflicts, disputes, or differences arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in Bangalore in accordance with the Arbitration.

• The parties to the arbitration shall keep the arbitration confidential and not disclose to any person, other than on a need to basis or to legal advisors, unless required to do so by law. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all the Parties hereto.

• Each party to the arbitration shall bear its own costs with respect to any dispute.

Miscellaneous Provisions
 

• Third Party Rights – No third party shall have any rights to enforce any terms contained herein.

• Translations – Key Corners will not be liable for inadequate performance to the extent caused by a condition (for example, natural disaster, act of war or terrorism, riot, labor condition, governmental action, and Internet disturbance) that was beyond it’s reasonable control.

• Force Majeure – No third party shall have any rights to enforce any terms contained herein.

• Entire Agreement – These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and Key Corners concerning the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications of any kind between You and Key Corners with respect to the Services.

• Attorney Fees – If the Key Corners Parties take legal action against you as a result of your violation of these Terms, the Key Corners Parties will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief granted to the Key Corners Parties.

The content of the calls and chat messages could be recorded in order to improve our customer service and quality of services. Key Corners may also use this information for resolving disputes between you(the Client) and us (the company) or Design Partners or Service Partners or other users, or for safety and security purposes, and for analytics.
